It's always a struggle for me to find a tolerable day for being car-less, locating
a convenient repair shop and constantly being worried that some
unscrupulous mechanic will take advantage of my relative ignorance and
charge me for unnecessary repairs. I have been taking my Jeep to Balcones
Exxon Automotive ever since I moved here about a year ago. I could not be
happier with the friendly, skillful and truly HONEST service. When its time
for an oil change, I just drop my jeep off before work and walk over to the
office. Do yourselves a favor pick a day to give them a try. You won't regret

Thank You Guys,
I just want to thank you for going out of your way to help me over the phone
when I was broken down out of town. I was able to limp my Mazda MPV
back to Austin and to your shop. You even let me use your personal vehicle
to pick my kids up from school. It turned out to be a inexpensive repair. Not
that I am complaining. But, I wanted to give you my thanks. You've got a
